We, the members of Association of Codewit Global Network  Ry. Having firmly and solemnly resolve, to exist in unity and harmony as one indivisible and reputable organization under Codewit Global Network, dedicated to the promotion of African solidarity, member cooperation and appreciation and promotion of  democracy, human right, youth development in Africa. And to provide a constitution for the purpose of promoting the good governance and welfare of all her members, on the principles of freedom, equality and justice, and for the purpose of consolidating the unity of our association in Finland. Do hereby make, enact and give to ourselves the following constitution:
